I’ve contributed to film projects, ad campaigns, and digital platforms that amplify voices and raise awareness around mental health and healing. Here are a few highlights.
I had the honor of being a featured therapist in Sound It Out, an award-winning campaign addressing children’s and families’ mental health. In this project, I facilitated a conversation between a family and the artist Kamauu on using creativity as an outlet for mental health.

I appeared in the Netflix documentary She Did That as the featured therapist. In the film, I discussed Black female entrepreneurs and the importance of taking off the “superwoman” cape, practicing self-care, and saying “no.”
I created content for Alkeme, a Black mental health app. My course focused on managing anxiety and panic attacks through body-based practices and self-soothing techniques for the nervous system.

I appeared as an on-camera therapist in the short film Devolution of Love. In the film, I discussed the challenges of dating in the age of Tinder.

I was proud to contribute to a campaign with Heal Haus for Forbes. Heal Haus is a space dedicated to holistic wellness for people of color who want to prioritize mental health and healing in community.
I’ve joined a variety of podcasts to share insights on racial trauma, the complexities of relationships, modern dating culture, and the deep human longing to heal and belong. Welcome to the conversation!
I join the WorkBae podcast to discuss modern dating, the importance of rupture and repair cycles, how therapy-speak has shaped dating culture, and why we need stronger relational skills.
In this podcast, I join host Kwesi Foli to discuss destigmatize racial trauma. We discuss the state of Black mental health in America, the impact of the pandemic, suicide, domestic violence, movements and spaces for collective healing and more.
In this two-part episode, host Erin Edwards and I discuss suicide. In the wake of the passing of Stephen "Twitch" Boss by suicide, I explain the importance of understanding that we need to examine the journey that leads up to suicide to support people struggling with suicide ideation.
In Part 2 of this episode, I sit with LUTD podcast host Erin Edwards and her expert guest Naiylah Warren, LMFT, to discuss healthy ways to overcome racial trauma.
Let's work together.
